Salmon Sliders with Chipotle Mayo
1 pkg Salty Girl Seafood Salmon Bites
1 sourdough baguette
Arugula (or any other desired topping!)
Chipotle Mayo (sauce)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon water
1 - 2 teaspoons lime juice
⅛ teaspoon salt, more to taste
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
⅛ - ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
Makes ~10 sliders
Place all ingredients for Chipotle Mayo in a small bowl and whisk until smooth with a fork.
Cut the baguette into slices on an angle, drizzle with olive oil and toast until lightly golden.
Cook Salmon Bites according to package instructions. Place Salmon Bite between 2 slices of baguette and top with Chipotle Mayo and 2 or 3 leaves of arugula (and any other desired toppings!)
