Black Cod & Simple Soba Noodles
2 pkgs Salty Girl Seafood Black Cod with Sweet & Smoky Teriyaki
12 ounces soba noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, thinly slice
Cook the Black Cod with Sweet & Smoky Teriyaki either in the oven (350 degrees, 7-10 minutes) or on the stove (5-6 minutes each side).
Boil water in large pot. Cook the noodles per package directions.
Whisk together the soy sauce, canola oil, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chili oil and garlic in a bowl.
Drain the noodles.
Add sauce to warm noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve in a bowl with your fish!
