Black Cod over Bok Choy


2 pkgs Salty Girl Seafood Black Cod w/ Smoky Teriyaki
2-3 baby bok choy
1 c red cabbage, chopped
½ c baby carrots, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 c jasmine rice

Soy Sauce or Teriyaki



Boil water and cook jasmine rice per instructions on the package

Heat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare Black cod per instructions on package

Saute carrots and olive oil on stovetop until tender

Add cabbage and bok choy; saute for 1 minute and remove from heat

Layer rice, veggie mix, and black cod on top; Add extra sauce if you prefer
